ERP Consulting & Finance Transformation

Finance-led support for ERP evaluation, process design, implementation oversight, reporting requirements and post-implementation financial control.

Process and reporting defined before the system is built.

An ERP implementation affects accounting, approvals, inventory, billing, reporting and management control. Selecting software before defining finance processes and reporting requirements can result in a technically functional system that still fails to provide reliable management information.

We act as a client-side finance adviser during ERP evaluation and implementation. Our role may include requirements assessment, process mapping, finance SOPs, reporting design, implementation oversight, testing and post-implementation review. Technical configuration, customisation and system integration are performed by the selected software or implementation partner unless otherwise specifically agreed.

Questions we hear most often.

Do you sell or implement ERP software?

Our primary role is finance-led advisory and client-side implementation oversight. Technical configuration, customisation and implementation are undertaken by the selected ERP or technology partner. Any separate professional role or commercial relationship relevant to the engagement will be disclosed and agreed with the client.

Can you help us select between different ERP products?

Yes. We can compare shortlisted products against finance, reporting, control, scalability and implementation requirements.

Will you prepare finance SOPs?

Yes. Finance-related SOPs and process maps can be developed as part of readiness or implementation support.

Can you review an ERP that is already live?

Yes. A post-implementation review can assess data, reconciliations, controls, workflows, reporting and user adoption.

Do you provide cybersecurity or technical system audit?

Not under this service. Specialist cybersecurity, coding, infrastructure and penetration-testing work requires appropriately qualified technology professionals.

Important Information

ERP advisory is limited to the agreed finance, process, reporting and implementation-oversight scope. Software configuration, custom development, integration, cybersecurity and technical performance remain the responsibility of the selected technology provider or other appropriately qualified specialist.
