CA Rohit Sahdev is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience across corporate finance, accounting, taxation, audit, financial controls and professional advisory.

His experience spans senior finance and accounts responsibilities in corporate environments as well as independent professional practice, providing him with a combination of operational finance experience and advisory perspective.

Over the course of his career, he has gained exposure across diverse sectors including manufacturing, thermal power, banking and financial services, mining, media and other businesses. His experience encompasses financial reporting and MIS, budgeting and forecasting, working-capital management, banking and finance, direct and indirect taxation, audit and assurance, internal controls, ERP and finance-process implementation, and management reporting.

As the Founder and Proprietor of R Sahdev & Associates, he works closely with promoters, management teams and growing businesses on Virtual CFO and strategic finance assignments, MSME finance and debt advisory, accounting and finance outsourcing, investor readiness, transaction advisory, taxation, compliance and assurance requirements.

His approach combines the discipline of a Chartered Accountant with practical corporate finance experience, with emphasis on understanding the commercial context behind the numbers and translating financial information into actionable inputs for management.

Material advisory engagements are overseen at Chartered Accountant level, with CA Rohit Sahdev remaining directly involved in key financial analysis, recommendations and client discussions.
